We Fix It Before We List It

Believe it our not, just fixing a few things around the house before you put it on the market can yield more money. As part of our concierge services, we'll identify areas of your house that need to be repaired or upgraded to help you maximize your profit. Things like a fresh coat of paint or an upgraded kitchen to improved lighting and landscaping. Below are some examples of how we helped our clients get the most for their homes.

317 Hurst Creek

This 1972 Lakeway Original home had never been updated. We recommended remodeling the kitchen with new cabinetry, counter tops, flooring and appliances to help modernize it. We included a breakfast counter area for improved functionality.

The landscaping in the front of the house was wildly overgrown and masked the beautiful details that the exterior of this home has to offer. Smaller shrubs replaced these larger bushes creating a more clean and inviting view of the home.

319 Hurst Creek

The living room is one of the most highly visible rooms in a home and this one didn't need much work to update it to a contemporary look. The carpet was replaced with beautiful hardwood floors and the room repainted showcasing a warm accent wall.

210 Crescent Bluff

The original galley-style kitchen was very congested creating a small, confined space. In this remodel, the original tile flooring was replaced with hardwood, new appliances and granite counter tops installed and some cabinets were removed to create a more spacious environment.

106 The Hills

Over time, this beautiful limestone exterior had accumulated dirt, dust and grime masking it's natural colors. We used a power wash treatment to bring back these stone's original hues creating a "new construction" appearance.
