    One of the first steps to selling your home is determining it's current worth. We provide a free analysis of your current home which is called a comparative market analysis (CMA). This allows us to get a general idea of how much your home is worth based on recent sale prices of other homes in your neighborhood, tax records and current trends in the real estate market in your area. (Please note: A CMA is not an appraisal.)

Your house is in competition with other similar properties so maximizing it's appearance is critical. But you don't need to spend more than necessary. Our team will identify what repairs and improvements are needed and will also do some of them for little to no cost to you!

Once your home is listed, it's important to allow buyers access to it...which can be somewhat inconvenient. We screen potential buyers to ensure they are at the "ready-to-buy" stage and not just "poking around". We also hold as many open houses as necessary to get it sold.
Inspection Report Review
The results of an inspection report can negatively affect the contract negotiating process and ultimately your profit. We actually recommend our sellers get their home inspected before it goes on the market so that repairs can be made ahead of time.
