Meet Your Concierge

As an experienced real estate agent whose expertise in the Lakeway and surrounding Austin area, brings a combined wealth of knowledge to buying and selling real estate with a focus on positioning your home to maximize profits. It's critical you have an agent who has experience in the local real estate market and knowledgeable about the current trends.

Today's home-buyers and sellers are working harder and have less free time than ever before. As a result, The LT Home Concierge team realized the need to offer “concierge services” as a way to assist busy buyers and sellers with real estate-related needs. For sellers, our concierge services include home prepping activities like repairs and remodeling, painting, home staging and landscaping to resolving inspection-related issues and providing expert negotiation skills. For buyers, we'll generate a competitive market analysis (CMA) of the homes you are interested in to help you negotiate the best price. We'll also analyze the inspection report and determine the critical items that must be resolved from those that aren't as serious. Once you've purchased your home, we have a network of dependable service providers - electricians, plumbers, painters, handymen, landscapers - that can help with modifications.

Let the LT Home Concierge team go the extra mile for you to reduce the stress of the home buying and selling experience.

Miriam Murphy, Realtor®

I was born in Colombia, South America. Due to the violence and poor economic conditions, my family and I were forced to leave the country when I was 17. We immigrated to England where I lived for 12 years.

In 1997, I reunited with my family in New Jersey where I met my husband Bill. Soon after, I went to work for one of the top real estate companies in the area. Real estate came natural to me and I quickly achieved success by being awarded Rookie of the Year, entered the Million Dollar Club, Executive's Club and Millionaire's Club as well as earning the Bronze Medal Award.

During a family visit to Austin, I noticed the similarity of the climate and landscape of the Texas hill country to that of my native home. The Murphy's were ready for a change and at the end of that school year, we moved to Lakeway, Texas where we currently live and are active members of our community though our church and various charitable organizations.

Bill Murphy, General Contractor

My name is William J Murphy. I was born in Staten Island, New York in 1965, but grew up in New Jersey. I was the second born of five children. I graduated from Morristown High School and started attending the local county college. I enjoyed finance and accounting, so I found employment at Dean Witter Reynolds in the World Trade Center for four years.

Later I joined the United States Marine Corps. I served a total of five years. I was deployed during the Desert Storm in a combat service support detachment; 2nd M.C. Charlie company. Upon returning from the war I began an apprenticeship in the Trades. I worked for a company that specialized in remodeling single family homes, and for a framing contractor. I later landed a large framing contract for Toll Bros. Developers, which lasted for four years.

I remained in the trades, successfully Remodeling, Flipping and Building New Homes, through-out New Jersey. My Entrepreneurial nature led me, and my wife to also build and operate other businesses such as two restaurants, and two call centers that were later sold to local investors. New Opportunities to continue my Building/Rehab business opened up for me, and my family since we moved to Texas; while doing something I am passionate about: Building New Homes.

Besides Investing on my own, I partner with Investors to purchase vacant lots/tear-downs, develop & build new, as well as contracting within Travis County.

Testimonials

Working with the Home Concierge team was a total joy for me. Their complete real estate and construction services made both the selling and buying experience simple. There isn't much they won't do...they even picked me up from the airport. Miriam is a real go-getter and Bill is an extremely talented carpenter.

I listed my home twice in 2012 without success. A friend referred me to the Home Concierge team and, after some minor updates and staging ideas, I received multiple offers within days!!
-- Maggie Fitch

Working with the Home Concierge team meant that, from start to finish, Miriam and Bill were actively involved in selling our home. Prior to listing, we strategize together on which updates to undertake.  After the house went on the market, Miriam listened to potential buyers and gave us suggestions that would help the house sell quickly. They did so much more than wait for the phone to ring for the next showing. It was a relief to know that they were on the job!
-- Diane Sloniger

I'm a senior lady and was simply overwhelmed at all the details of selling my home. I must admit it was an emotional time for me and Miriam and Bill made the entire process so easy. They are honest people and it was easy for me to trust them. I highly recommend them.
